This is the course that is featured in the Course Breakdown session. This includes more of the course that was designed for anyone who supervised employees or was on the management team. This 100-minute virtual-instructor-led course was designed to be hosted on Zoom or Microsoft Teams for 8-12 participants.

This is the agenda, meeting topics, and Creating Moments workshop that was created for a retreat of all Midwest Training Partners.

This represents a sample of behavior statements that I researched, vetted, and wrote. In addition, included is a self-assessment tool that was developed to help with competency development. The self-assessment was used in Foundations of Communication but was also going to be launched in June of 2022 as an interactive survey using Survey RX.
